How are you securing patient data?
HULY uses a highly secure cloud infrastructure platform to store patient information. HULY leverages the latest encryption technology to protect patient information in the most secure way. HULY has gone through a security assessment of the entire workflow to make sure there are no loose ends in the system.
How does HULY help ambulance providers get reimbursed faster?
HULY captures information from the onsite healthcare provider within a few seconds of the visit, which gets sent to the billing department instantaneously. Billing administrators can review all forms, identify errors while healthcare providers are onsite, communicate with them in real time via chat, and have the healthcare provider correct the information before they leave the hospital. The billing administrator can start the reimbursement process as soon as the healthcare provider leaves the premises, so by the time a patient reaches their destination, the ambulance provider, in many cases, has already submitted the claims.
How do you support your partners?
HULY responds to customer questions, issues, and queries 24/7 and 7 days a week. Customers can reach out to us at the support number provided to them when we sign the agreement. We give 30-60 days’ notice of product releases and fixes so that our customers can plan accordingly, given the critical nature of HULY.

What is the deployment/implementation time of your solution?
HULY is built on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, meaning there is no requirement to install software in local data centers. HULY can be deployed to company devices from the app store. The HULY command center portal is a browser-based application accessible via the internet with special credentials unique to each customer.
